Growing up was always my plan
Growing up is what I’ve always wanted
Throwing my cap in the air, with a wild smile
Proving to everyone that I can do it on my own

I am going to run off to college
Be me, and meet new people
But I’m also going to be strong and hard working
Growing up was always my plan

After college I’m going to be an amazing wife
And have a wedding that beats all
I am going to start my own family, and be a loving mother
This is the plan I want for myself when I grow up
