“Brief love”

Each night in my dreams,
I imagine what our love could have been,
You enter so quickly into my life,
I had no time to realize that along with your arrival,
It was also your departure.
You left me in an instant leaving only your memory,
a letter, and a flower.
Although, it was a small time we had together,
it was enough for me to keep on living,
Waiting with great anxiety, for the time to be together again.
