I am not an angel
or an All-American girl
I am not a demon
or an artistic rebel, either
I’m just me
Me the girl with the fastest mouth in the West
Me the girl in a love affair with words
Me the girl who underestimated her willpower
Me the girl who intends to bring it back full force
Me the girl with an opinion
But me the girl with the goodness not to shove it down your throat even though I’m convinced as you are that I’m right
Me the girl who dances in the snow
And me the girl from Idaho.
