The night came
And she was never the same
Her tears caused a flood
Her wounds soaked in blood
Her screams echoing against the wall
Nothing to catch her helpless fall
Her misery overwhelmed her mind
And caused her vision to go blind
After that night came
That girl was never, ever the same.
