I can hear silence,
So silent and petrifying,
So disarming and beautiful;
Silence that silences.
It penetrates all barriers,
Penetrating through the periphery
Of the mind and the body
And speaking to the senses.
‘Tis a dream where I peacefully sit
And not think or act for a while;
‘Tis a dream where I peacefully float
And hope for love, life, dreams.
The silence springs to life,
I hear the melodies that silence guides;
The silence gushes out,
I sense the scent of silence.
All the winds spell silence,
So I see the colours of silence.
I dream again,
I live again;
Hope again,
Fulfill again.
This silence is so beautiful,
So satiating, so salubrious;
This silence is so beautiful,
To drown in its depth is heaven.
‘Tis like the beauty of the moon
When the night is dark and hidden;
‘Tis like the sight of love
When the heart doth work its magic.
‘Tis like a blossoming flower
In the midst of a deserted land;
‘Tis like pearls on shells alive
When the sea is a never ending gaze.
‘Tis like the beauty of music
When noise is all around;
‘Tis like a singing maiden
When the shepherd is love lorn.
So this silence silences
And I find my heaven with it;
I drown in its depth
And I find my heaven with it.
My dreams come alive,
My hopes are fulfilled,
I find my life again,
When the silence silences.

Everything makes sense if you think too much about it.

*subsides into awestruck silence*
