The Sun is rising,
birds are chirping,
Its another beautiful morning.
Cars are backed up,
all down the road,
good thing I can walk to work.
Buildings touching the sky,
everyone's in a rush,
the city that never sleeps.
One day I will be there,
making all my dreams come true,
A city girl is what I am.
