I stand in the middle of a busy street
completely motionless
as the cars whoosh passed me
the sound of honking and screeching breaks
scream through my unconsciousness
everything flies on past me
leaving me to feel alone.

 I like it. I think some people try to make to much out of the things they write, this is simple which is good. Keep up the good work!
