Straight Ahead

I ain't blinded by no fear.
I can see so clear.
Through these opened eyes.
Bright as a ray,
and clear as day.
I can see this path just ahead.
I don't know what's ahead
But I know I can face that road,
And still hold my own.
Cause streaming through these veins is a warrior,
not afraid to bleed
not scared to lead.

Your words hold all the brave strength of several civil rights songs that I am thinking of. And what a smart attitude to hold: "I don't know what's ahead/ But I know I can face that road,/ And Still hold my own." Love it!
