On Macbeth
While Shakespeare argues that there’s no point to life
I think that we all must get through the strife
Because at the end of the day, Annie would say
Tomorrow tomorrow is but one day away
When life seems too difficult to handle
It’s easy to give up and blow out the candle
Poor poor Shakespeare is so silly to say
That there was no point in yesterday
The player that struts and frets on the stage
Is only doing it for a decent wage
But at home he has happy kids and a wife
And he knows that he must not pick up the knife
When he blows out the candle and goes to bed
He knows that tomorrow hell pick up his head
He’ll see the sunshine and work through the pain
Because absolutely no one should take life in vain
