One Step Forward; Feels like Two Steps Back
You walk into the room,
You look around till your told to sit down,
You get a thing on your wrist telling you your name, birth date, etc,
You sit down,
You look around once more,
A couple more times at the person infront of you,
Your name is called,
You go back into this room,
You change into a gown,
You lay on a bed with one pillow, one sheet,
They put a warm blanket on you,
You sit and look around your parent is next to you,
They come to you,
With a needle,
They out it in you right hand,
Poke.
Then you wait for half of a half hour,
Your rolled into a surgical room when it's oh so cold,
Your givin' a muscle relaxer to calm you down,
Your told to lay face down on another platform,
You eyes shut,
...
You wake up on another bed,
You have thiry minutes,
'Til you have to get dressed,
Your rolled out to your car,
Then your back into the real world like it never happened.
