The Little Prince
The grown ups told Antoine not to draw
His plane crashed to the desert floor.
The Little Prince asked him for a sheep
So that the baobabs, it could eat.
The tale unfurled about the prince,
He occasionally dropped so many hints.
He taught Antoine again of life,
To let go of his elderly strife.
And then he left Antoine a gift of memory scars
So his laugh was heard in the stars.
