The glassy water reflects my image like a mirror
The water lilies float by
The leaves on the trees rustle as if being shaken

The fish in the lake swim as if
not a care in the world
The turtles move slowly
The snow on the tall mountains are diamonds shining

The warm wind blows
The sun shines
The butterflies flutter
The bees go around buzzing
A horse gallops by
Full of life
Yet quiet and serene
Where I want to be.

I visit Montana every summer for about five weeks. I have family there and I love visiting the beautiful scenery. This poem was inspired by Montana.
