"You need about a dozen colors, large paper, some paintbrushes, an apron, and a large room to create your glamorous work of art? Well give me a paper and a pencil so I can create the same."

The soul mumbles of salted clouds
Blistering bird cry, damnable sounds

Cascade from the sky
Stream from my eye

The span of liquid sorrow
Frigid flame of the flashing morrow

Splashing sin, cloudy bliss
Phantom shadow of a humid kiss

Heart struck tremor, the malice of Thor's Hammer
Seeds of Poseidon, clash and clammer

Marvelous savor of the sea
Wash away my fallacy

Clap the chains, taboo to strike twice
Merciless acrimony, plague of descending ice

Absence aridity, present chaotic spate
Fret against preceded Noah's fate

Licit drops, pure water fall
Vivacity, breath of Earth's call
Flesh of the land, élan tree stand tall

I actually had to write this romantics poem for my English Class back in high school last year, but it was till a favorite of mine, and I was shocked at how many people really took to it. I hope everyone here enjoys it as much!
