They come for a better life
Lost in a dream denied.
They work for child, husband, or wife.
Lost in a dream denied.

They come here for for hope and joy,
Lost in a dream denied.
But they’re killed in the people’s ploy,
Lost in a dream denied.

They live here but have no voice,
Lost in a dream denied.
They suffer here and have no choice,
Lost in a dream denied.
Lost in a dream denied.
