Snow and Dew Drops
The snow is like dew drops upon rolling green hills
While we drive past the city and the old steel mills
If home I am coming, then be there I will
For you, I am waiting, silent and still
Yet, in time, I’ve found meaning
In a hopeless delight
That love is the snow like the dew drops on a cold winter’s night
It is fleeting and melts like the dew drops of night
But if love is fleeting, no more than a night
How, then, can I come home to you tonight?
