The empty canvas bursting with color
The faraway horizon where the ground meets the sky
Ideas, emotions, all coming together
The melody of the music filling with harmonies
An opening to my head
A journey to the core of my soul
The me you thought I was
Is not whom you see now
Hiding over, ready to show myself to the world
The butterfly opening his new wings
The words of stanzas taking flight
Soaring ever so high in the sky
