I give you my love,
for what it's worth,
you treat me like dirt,
now, that i'm hurt,
Can't believe that i was treated this way,
All I wanted was love,
for every given day,
I'll go my way, you go yours,
Don't call on me,
as I strike these chords,
Can't you here what I'm saying to you,
I'm the girl, who sings the blues,
so take your love and waste it away,
let it run, let it stray,
I'll be stronger,
the very next day.
