Dear Heart,
Today I made a life changing mistake
Prepare to break
I bit into Eve’s Apple
But I believe
I ate the whole tree
My greed
Cause people to leave
Snakes.
My mind is cluttered
The poison is officially
In my blood stream
My greed
Caused me to change
Snakes.
I’m dying on the inside
Turning into somebody
I never though I’d be
My greed
Caused me to think twice
My choice was a negative one
But it is permanently on my record
Snakes.
Never bite into an apple
Where a snake has once been
