Love and Hate
Love, never changes. Its ways remain the same.
Bringing sadness to each lover
for his heart shall ne'er gain.
Hate is the brother, rebuking Love's cruel bounds,-
Rejecting his own other, with slight remark.
Equals to the point of emotion and pain,
Sharing the same fate, for each victim filled with Hate.
Dismembering the soul, with each small harmless hole.
But who is worse? Who suffers more?
The burn of Love? Or the scorn of Hate?
