antidote
As i lay in the darkness,
i wait for him to free me,
free from my fears, my worries
time slows down when he is near
for he is the key that opens the lock
the one that holds the chains that bind me
I am finally set free, the pain begins to subside,
I have found light in this dark world of mine.
for i have found the man that holds my heart
he was in front of me the hole time
he picked up the pieces and the missing parts
I am now with him, my savior, my love
one by one he put the pieces together
my world will never be filled with shadow again
For he has given me a reason to stay
A reason to be me again.
