Fall in love or fall in hate; Get inspired or be depressed; Ace a test or flunk a class; Make babies or make art; Speak the truth or lie and cheat; Dance on tables or sit in the corner; Life is divine chaos. Embrace it. Breathe. And enjoy the ride...

Gather your stuff
And be very quiet
This is not a bluff
So dont start a riot

Open the door
And see the view
Do you want more?
I'll see what I can do

Hush, dont cry
Im saving your soul
I would not lie
Im not a bag of coal

So off we will fly
Into the light
Into the sky
Where everything is just right

(I like the part about 'saving your soul.' what does that mean?)

What I like best about this poem is that it is so mysterious. It could be about a relative, a friend, a boy/girlfriend, anyone really. Well, a suggestion from a teacher I once had: the word 'stuff' is really vague. Maybe the word 'belongings' would help that? I know it would be harder to find a rhyme for though.
