Diary entries of our memories.
Fairy tales of our dreams.
Sonnets of our secrets.
All these I have written
To keep forever,
Ours and ours alone.
These feelings, these thoughts
All made permanent by the pen in my hand.
But my words are unimportant
For if,
My love,
You seize to exist,
No words known to man will bring you back to me.
The thought brings a scarlet teardrop to my eye.
