Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland
A day to remember, a distant Sunday
The wounds of men failed
Tears of just an Irish tradition

The author's comments:
I wrote this piece because of my Irish heritage and the connection I feel with it. A lot of people can connect to the dealings going on in Mexico, or Iraq, or someplace that is constantly at war, under attack, or unstable. No one really looks beyond and sees that there are other places you wouldn't think of like the tension between Northern and Southern Ireland.
