Drowning in the sound,
I hear voices all around
The clouds in the sky
Couldn't bear to hide
The feeling of awe,
The inevitable fall
It's come to this:
Abandoning bliss,
I crank the volume higher,
Clench my fist tighter,
Squint into the setting sun,
And lose myself in all the lost fun
Sing me into oblivion,
Escaping the world we live in,
And let me dive into the soft, soft clouds
All my thoughts are but a shroud
I'm falling faster
Beneath the laughter
Where did it go?
