rain

she makes her way across the room
and lays down like an angel
knowing its gonna destroy her

who is she
why cant she see like they see:
without the stars

whispers they’ll be the death of you. shine shine girl shine

train stations and cars fly by her window
she loves him
light in her eyes streaming
saving them

rain bring her the love she so dearly needs
save her
droplets falling to her bare shoulders
falling (she’s falling)

She needs a miracle
She’s breaking herself with her own hands
cutting and bleeding
sweet glory

rain wet her hair
cascade down her back
reminisce
wash the blood away

her deep ocean eyes are her only savior
she is beautiful
rain open her heart
cut her open
secrets reveal themselves in her eyes

he sees her cross the room
destiny knife in sweet hand
mysteries and secrets flowing through her hair
he sees her

she flies
giving everything to destiny

rain wet her hair
cascade down her back
reminisce
wash the blood away

miracles happen
she turns her face to the wind
he sees her
her eyes ocean eyes

match my heart
touch my soul
FLY regardless of pain
he needs you
hearts enter hearts and break
but fly fly away ocean girl
the world is waiting

rain wet her hair
cascade down her back
reminisce
wash the blood away

This poem is so unique, I feel like I need to read it several times to get the feel for it.  Awesome.

This poem was wonderful. Your writing style is powerful and dreamlike, and it holds a lot of depth. I hope to read more of it, so keep writing!

Hi, this was wonderfully written. You should most definately pursue your writing more and see where it takes you. If this is real, I hope you learn that you have the wings to fly not away from everything, but through it. You can endure, without having to hurt yourself.
