The last line of defense
The game is mine to win or lose
My anger is fueled by my last loss between the pipes
On my crease you’re dead,
I think to myself
The look of surprise as he hits the ground
I love it
The “hole” is my warzone
We go down early
I become more violent
And am penalized
The score reaches 14-2
I stop caring
Defeated
