The Seer
I am a Seer
I watch
My tear
Blur the lines
Of this page
Of this reality
Tension holds together that salty tear
While it rips apart all I hold dear
So self assured am I
And I wonder why
I sit high
And watch as life goes by
I wave them to pass
Waiting for them to ask
They see me
Telling themselves im free
Making it okay
To ignore what I say
Denying the truth
In the height of their youth
This is only my imagination
An internal formation
I walk with them
The first to condemn
Difference
All this
Ignorance
Bound by the laws of society
Always obsessed with propriety
No one hears my cries
Deaf to all
I close my eyes
And all hope dies
