O rising sun
shine bright
feast apon me
with your light
create my tan
warming me
your light dances
apon the sea
spreading joy
your orange glow
is dying now
sinking beneath
the sudsy water
the moon comes
to take your place
but i know
I'll see your face
tomorrow morn
oh sleep tight
o rising sun
