It will be there forever and ever.
The most silly, foolish thing
That anyone has ever seen.
Ever.
All for my dear Abby,
whose hair flows like streams,
Teeming with wildlife.
With a voice like a chorus of angels.
So many things,
So indescribable.
She was the center of my universe.
I wanted her with me forever
Even if she really wasn’t.
She was to be inscribed into my skin.
Down my arm, like a slithering snake.
in colors and inks as bright as her eyes.
It’s a shame that I happened to be sick that day.
Now someone else is slithering down my arm.
