Favorite Quote:
Do you know the only value life has is what life puts upon itself? And it is of course overestimated, since it is of necessity prejudiced in its own favor. [You] do not lose anything, for with the loss of yourself, you lose the knowledge of loss.

Cascading air,
tumultuous in its rising and falling
onto and off of the surface of the globe,
Swirling, volatile,
Reacting to a mere breath as if it were an avalanche of warmth.

Jostling the trees,
this river swerves, cutting new paths as well as discovering old ones.

At time it stops,
quizzical, as if wondering what to do,
but soon it is off in another direction
as random as its individual particles,
striking everything unapologetically
and moving on untouched.
