Yeshua
In the scarlet of the dawn
May we look upon the shore
The tidings of our Lord
Who hath raised a torch
From when hence the earth was born
Our savior who gave us light
He came unto this earth
Bundled and in fear
Mother Mary wept in silence
Shedding lucid tears
He came with arms open high
Holding his command
To all Judea he hath come
To purify the land
He was betrayed by fallen man
Whilst praying for his fate
Took to Pilate, then
Condemned by man’s hate
He wept in constant fear
Upon a roman cross
He gave himself for all the world
In the days of Pentecost
