Hoodie on.
Under her covers.
Barried by darkness.
iPod in hand.
Head phones on.
Mascara streaming down her face.
Hope on her right.
Depression to her left.
The tears race.
Eyes open.
Green and iced over.
She lets her eyes fall shut.
And quietly sobs herself to sleep.
Beautiful Disaster.

Again, another sad piece. This is almost a year old, but I think it is pretty powerful.
