I sense you are avoiding me,
That, honey, just breaks me heart.
You don't know me,
So how,
How can you already judge?

I sense you are ignoring me,
That, old friend, just pains me chest.
You don't stand me,
So how,
How can you say hello?

I sense you are using me,
That, jerk, just burns me mind.
You don't hate me,
So how,
How can you hurt me so?

The author's comments:
When you start to find out that a friend may not be who you thought they were, this is what I felt. I realized that all this person wanted was idle chit chat and didn't really want to know me, and kept shoving that fact into my face.
