Song

Sing a happy song
o oppressed peoples
o those who walk
a weary road
and to those who have
all that they want
sing your thankfulness
sing to the heavens above
they are of thankfulness
and yet some be still of
sorrow
they rise to the heavens
and still
they rise
sing and dance
for victory is near
sing o victors
and sing o captives
for victory is near
sing a happy song
o captives
and sing a song of woe
o oppressors
and for those of the middle
sing for your rise
and your fall
is near
they will sing
they will cry
and they will reap
what they have sown
for we all do
when all has been said and done
for in the end we will all sing
some of woe
and some of joy
but in the end
all will be eternally
in a place of
song

I wrote this piece as a way to express that in this world, some people will suffer and some will prosper
