Hidden Fears
The fears run down my face
It couldn't be more obvious
Yet I smile
I bite my cheeks and lips
Either I smile
Or spill out everywhere
The fears continue to come
I didn't even know
That I was this afraid
Or needed to be scared
My smile fades
As I look in the mirror
And see the fears
In my sparkling eyes
