Slipping Sanity
What if it was too late to save the little girl in the mirror?
Help her before the demons lend a helping hand.
Stop the voices that refuse to let the silence past.
Prevent another line to be drawn on the snow white skin.
Cease another thought of stopping her own heartbeat.
Let her keep the minuscule piece of sanity she has left.
Show her giving up is a lie.
Please open her eyes: let her see!
But most of all let everyone realize the lonely soul in the mirror, the shattered reflection;
is me.
