They tell me time heals wounds,
But my heart stays broken.
After a year of time,
My time is wasted,
His lips I tasted.
His voice I craved,
My love he saved.
And now I’m here,
After a year of time.
But now waiting-
Waiting seems like such a crime.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take... but by the moments that take your breath away.

This is a great poem! I understand exatly what you are talking about, and think that you are a great writer! Keep writing!( You should check out my poem the rain... I think you would like it...)
