Pinch me
Must be dreaming
All I hear is
You
Screaming
Can’t hear my own thoughts
Just your cries
And shrieks
You do not know how
To cry
Neither do I
Can’t understand why
I smile in the face of death
Can’t grasp the reality
Of the situation ahead of me
Just get the screaming voices out
Of my head
