His words are soft and velvety,
caressing her cheek.
They dance daintly
before entering her ears.
Her lips play a smile
her eyes sparkle and shine.
and forever this moment
peach fuzz.
The sigh of a warm breeze
as it says its goodbyes
before leaving the stage
at the end of the act of summer.
She stands and breathes it all in
and forever this moment
peach fuzz.
A heart-wrenching farwell
of a soilder to his wife
his words meaningless,
his eyes tell all.
These are their last seconds together,
the first ones apart
and forever this moment
peach fuzz.
