Long seconds,
short hours,
reversing my internal time.
A world full of pain, misery,
and disdain,
resting their broken clocks.
Rusted and crumbling,
the world falls still,
time is at a stop.
And getting confused,
through all the time changes,
our race falls quickly to bed.
