Carpe diem quam minime credula postero (Seize the day, trusting as little as possible in the future)
And if not now, when?

They say that true love lasts forever
But does forever have a true love to call its own?
Or does it cry, side - by - side
With all those other dreams
That waste, unrecognized

They say that breaks of the heart
Are only mended by time alone
But to whom does time turn
When it cannot solve a heartache of its own?

When you've had a tragedy
Some people say that grief is the only way to deal
But whose shoulder does grief cry on
When despair finally worms its way in?

And supposedly, when someone dies,
They've just moved on to their next great adventure with God?
So when does Death get its own great new adventure
After helping eternities of souls onto their own?
