This neglected alter
I confess to You
Where all I have faltered

Mine tortured soul
Screams for Thee
Lost in sin
Consumed by greed

Before You now
There are no excuses
Only my wrongdoings
Revealed now profusely

Crying out
Seeking Your forgiveness
Reaching towards
The warmth of Your embrace

Turning from my sinful ways
Walking in Your light
I repent of my darkened days
Once blinded by man's greedy plight
