Untouchable
March to the beat of a different drummer,
Well I don’t march at all,
I trudge through life,
I stumble and fall,
The twists and turns,
The ups and downs,
Make it so hard to stay standing,
But standing has a much better view,
Than on fallen knees,
So I’ll struggle and trudge through life as I can,
I’ll show you,
Don’t worry,
I will,
You who laugh,
And bring me down,
Who claw at me when I sleep,
You hurt me once,
But now no more,
Your memory slides from me,
I’ll live my life,
And show you how,
I don’t need you,
You can’t touch me any more.
