her eyes
dissolve into nothing in everything
her eyes I cannot see
they are brown pools full of thought
emotion, knowing, questioning, kind
drowning in them I wonder
what am I to her, will I ever be more?
what do my eyes look to hers?
are they green as I see them, or
are they blue, or brown, or black
maybe purple, red, yellow, or something more
what do my eyes say to her,
does she feel from them what i feel for her
or something else?
is it obvious what they say or do I even really know myself
(does she even care?...)
I wish those eyes would never leave
stay beside me
looking into mine
those gentle eyes so…
to drown, dissolve, meld with into those eyes
hereyes
her eyes
