"Memento Mori."

staring contests
between two pairs of twin eyes
exchange phantom words.
one brain, two minds.
they clamor for control.
silence is naught in
this war, its carnage
just as that of any other;
suffering,
cloaked from one side.
one mind blindly slaughtering.
not purposely, but
not quite on accident.

I'm not much of a poet, but sometimes I find there isn't really any other way to express yourself.

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes,to make it possible.

Yo, Why didn't you show this to me before? I've let you read my poems, even the bad stuff, and this is really far from bad. It's awesome. Is the carnage you refer to in any way connected with mental tablecloths? I think you've figured out who it is by now.
