"Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds ways to kneel and kiss the ground." - Rumi

Leafing through this world of black and white
The air smells of aging must and mildew

Bound by lines
The myriad of words intertwine

A painting upon a stark canvas
But a glimpse of man's wildest fantasies

And, somewhere witheld by this utopia
I shall be found, unravelling its misteries

I can't really place any single book that inspired me to write this... Just a love for getting lost in a new book and not being found again untill I wake up at 6 AM after passing out from sleep deprivation.

This is really lovely. Short and sweet and to the point. It exactly echoes the way I am while in an old book. Really nice :)
