Seems I'm always one day ahead
November came, November left
Breeding tears, cries of remorse
until my life has run it's course
December brings itself to show
mannequins in plastic clothes
a snowflake landing on my nose
that melted long, so long ago
time that clicks and moves with space
until we're slowly all erased
a child to commit mistakes
misinterpretations until the world breaks
life through a broken glass elevator door
landing in the basement, skipping every floor
But don't we always ask for more?
Yes, we always ask for more
so kill me before you pray
and I'll pray before I die
But stop this world from praying
until it ceases to lie
