A pinch of salt
What is a life not lived to the fullest?
It is a racket racket whose strings have never broken,
a cold summer day.
It becomes a way of living life
but seeing only in black and white,
missing out on everything beautiful and colorful in the world
like the nuances of life.
But living life to the fullest means:
don't be afraid to speak, to be yourself, to dare,
like when in a dessert recipe
it is written to use a little salt
and everyone dwells.
For a life to the fullest,
you need to add that salt,
which will then surprise you in moments when you don't expect it:
it will surprise you by reminding the you of the past you who wasn't afraid to dare
going against people
who are afraid or who have dared too much and who
now they no longer taste salt
because you're used to it.
Life to the fullest is a balance
of imbalances that make life magical

I am an high school senior and I wrote this poem about what is a life lived at fullest and what it is similar to the felling of insecurity when you are not sure about what you are doing, like when you have to add salt in a dessert recipe.
