time

time is only an illusion
it couldn't be real
all these things that you feel
the secrets left concealed only wait to
be revealed through time
an illusion
the biggest parts of confusion
time. the hill we climb with such certainty
that the decline will be just fine, but is it really?
can you hear me?
does my voice travel and does it reach you in time?
in a few years, the time may slow
and allow my feelings below
to blow
erupt like a volcano
time. a meaningless rhyme to some
and to most, means nothing at all.

I wanted to write this poem to bring attention to the fact that some people don't appreciate time like I believe some people should. We never know how much we have left and some don't make the effort to give a few seconds of time to anyone.
