My Roman Empire is always being worried for others,
Yet I can't even worry about myself.
It's like I'm made only to care for others,
And I can't even take care of myself.

I remember telling my friend I didn't want to live anymore,
And she comforted me like the good person she is,
But why did I feel awful after?

I hate being comforted,
I hate being cared for,
I hate being treated right,
I hate existing.

I can't stop the growing cycle of pain,
The urge to end it all that day,
And never see the sunrise once more.

Yet I don't want to leave anyone alone,
Because I need to care for them,
Not myself.
